The QCC Strategic Plan derives from the Terms of Reference, the Working Practices and the ENFSI Strategic Plan, principally Goal 4, which has been revised by the ENFSI Board following a recommendation from the QCC.

The QCC strategic plan is being implemented as a series of projects with specified aims, project leaders, project teams and time scales.
