Multilingua

The objective of Multilingua is to facilitate mutual understanding among European forensic scientists. That is why they are working on a Multilingua glossary containing modern forensic terminology commonly used by all forensic practitioners.

Within the forensic sciences, there is a need for a precise, clear and reliable glossary. There is neither time nor place for mistakes or worse - misunderstanding. The value of words in forensic science is therefore inestimable.

The Multilingua Group consists of people from different forensic science institutes or laboratories within the ENFSI organisation. All Multilingua members master at least two European languages. They are all strongly involved in international co-operation within forensic science and believe that comprehension is of crucial importance when it comes to international contacts and exchange of experience.

You can access the Multilingua glossary on the server in Krakow.
