Best Poster Award

Purpose
The purpose of the Best Poster Award is to encourage scientists to display outstanding posters during the Triennial EAFS Meeting.

Eligibility
All presenters of posters during the conference. A team of forensic scientists could also be accepted as a candidate.

Criteria
Poster must have been exhibited during the poster sessions at the Triennial EAFS Meeting.

Awarding Body
The EAFS SC.

Timescale for Consideration
The poster sessions at the Triennial EAFS Meeting.

Presentation
The award will be presented at the Triennial EAFS Meeting closing ceremony.

Prize
The Award consists of a diploma plus an engraved plate or sculpture.

Decision Making Process (including timetable)
The EAFS SC will organize the process during the Triennial Meeting. External advisors may be consulted.

Publication
The name of the Award winner will be published in the:

  • ENFSI web site
  • Proceedings of the EAFS Triennial Meeting
  • ENFSI Annual Report.
